STEP 1.
CHOOSE & SCAN
Every product cassette contains a barcode on its rear side.
Customer chooses their desired product cassette and removes it from the product display to scan its barcode using the kiosk's built-in scanner.
If you choose not to have the optional product display, the customer would need to request their chosen product from a member of staff.
STEP 2.
INSERT CASSETTE
The kiosk moves to the cassette loading position and prompts the customer to insert the engravable pet tag cassette into the machine's slot.
STEP 3.
ENGRAVING DESIGN
Up to 4 lines of text, numbers and symbols are typed onto the tag displayed on-screen using the app's pop-up keyboard.
Customers are also offered the option to engrave the reverse side from the on-screen prompts.
STEP 4.
APPROVE & ENGRAVE
Customer finalises their design and confirms it is correct before the engraving starts.
The kiosk then uses it diamond tipped pin to engrave the user's personalised text, numbers and symbols permanently onto the pet tag.
STEP 5.
REMOVE COMPLETED CASSETTE
Once the tag engraving is compete, the kiosk will move into the unload position and prompt the customer to remove the completed cassette.
If the reverse side engraving option was chosen by the customer, the kiosk will request the customer removes it, flips it over to expose the rear and then reinserts it for engraving on the rear.
STEP 6.
REMOVE FROM PACKAGING
Now the engraved tag is completed and removed from the kiosk, the customer can remove the securing sticker and install the included steel split ring to the tag.
